It’s simple: We trust health care professionals. The health of our community is our first priority. The safest way to enjoy live music right now is to be vaccinated against COVID-19. To ensure a safe event and a lasting tradition, we ask that all attendees (with the exception of children under 2) be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and/or provide negative Covid-19 test results within 72 hours of arrival at the festival. Vaccination status and test results must be verified through CrowdPass.

We are a rain or shine event, so the show will go on. We work closely with the City of Columbia and Boone County Joint Communications to monitor the weather conditions for the safety of our guests. In the case of inclement weather, announcements from the stage and push notifications to the Roots N Blues Festival smartphone app will provide instructions. If weather interrupts or delays the festival, we will shuttle guests to Boone Hospital. Volunteers will direct guests to the shuttles.
